• In a vacuum system consisting of chamber-piping-pump, the overall efficiency of the system and the investment size are determined by how the pipes and pumps are configured. 01. Vacuum System 3D Modeling
It designed specially for vacuum systems with unique icons to represent to various shapes of chambers, pipes & fittings, pumps and applied the industry standards for pipe & fittings. It offers a quick, easy and immediate way for users to configure their systems.

02. Performance Silmulation
After 3D modeling, the simulation results of pump down time & throughput are displayed. Vacuum requirements(process apecifications) input by the user are also shown on each graph. The user easily knows whether the system meets the vacuum requirements(process specifications)

03. Piping Conductance Evaluation
Visualize conductance through color temperature and quantitative analysis of CTotal values before and after improvement through comparison of each piping conductance under arbitrary pressure such as major process pressure.

04. Pump Capacity Evaluation
Pump capacity evaluation by comparing simulation results derived by increasing or decreasing the pump capacity(pumping seed) ratio with process conditions
